SARAH & TEAM
Sarah and the Team at Harmony Collective, have a passion for artistic sports and dance. Dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, ice skating and synchronized swimming are among the artistic sports that we serve. Our practitioners know the ins and outs of the artistic training lifestyle, and, the mental demands involved with such intensive physical training. After years of helping dancers and athletes master their side aerials and backhandsprings we noticed that mental problems cannot always be cured with physical work. Mental problems need to be resolved with mental work. Through building a strong relationship to self, increasing confidence, adjusting our mindset and enhancing learning with skill specific visualization our online courses help dancers and athletes finally land that aerial or recover from their mental block. Our programs are accessible online from anywhere and are self-paced programs. We offer physical services as well and travel worldwide. Unlock your acrodance and artistic sport potential today.
