Liability Release. The Registrant hereby acknowledges that all physical activity comes with some inherent risk and agrees that it will not hold Sarah Reis, the Service Provider, Global Dance Services Inc, Harmony Collective, Synergy Dance Competition, Synergy Multimedia Productions, Tapquest – Tap & Variety Festival, Allegro Ballet Festival, Paradym Dance Challenge, Freedom Dance Cup, Dynasty Aerial & Acrobatics Competition, Voltage Street Battle, Legends Dance Cup, Vertigo Dance Experience, Acrobatic Arts, International Dance Teaching Standards, Canadian Dance Standards, Project Dance or any of their directors, share owners, producers, sponsors, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, host facilities or others acting on their behalf liable for any physical or mental injury, paralysis, death, or loss or destruction of any personal property that may occur during, resulting from or in connection to the Services. The Registrant hereby voluntarily releases, forever discharges, and indemnifies and holds harmless the Releasees for any and all causes of action, which are in any way connected with the Services, including such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of the Releasees.
The registrant must be actively enrolled in dance classes at an approved studio.
Ownership of Materials and Permission to Publish. Masterclasses are a teaching opportunity and thus photo/video is sometimes recorded for the purpose of education. All digital media, videotape, sound or other audio-visual recordings of Registrants in any way or manner developed, produced or recorded by the Service Provider in connection with the provision of the Services (the “Materials”) will be the property of Acrobatic Arts, Harmony Collective, and Global Dance Services, the Service Provider; its agents, successors, assigns and licensees for use in perpetuity. The use of the Materials will not be restricted in any manner and may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to, print publishing, website publishing and/or radio/television advertisement without restriction or compensation. Registrants are deemed to have given their permission for the Service Provider and/or their affiliate service providers, permission for any photograph, or video taken of any dancer(s) to be used for promotional purposes without compensation, including, but not limited to: Acrobatics Arts educational app, teacher education services, newspapers, brochures, ads, television, sales, videos, internet and social media including Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, newsletter, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram or other social media platforms, advertisements, educational services or projects.
